Downloading 2003

I currently have FP'98, but am having trouble getting it
on my PC. I want to upgrade to '03. My questions:
1. Can I download '03 without having '98 on my PC?
2. Can I download '03 right from the microsoft site? Or
do I have to wait for a disc to arrive?

You must buy it - not download it
FP2003 will accept FP 98 as a valid upgrade if your OS supports FP2003
(just insert the FP98 CD when FP2003 asks for a qualifying product)
