Since this is the first time I'm using Outlook, I
have a very basic question. I use Outlook to download
onto my HD emails I receive on my Hotmail account. When
I Send/Receive mails on Outlook, they are not actually
downloaded; I have to click on each mail, mark them for
down loading, and connect again, and then they download.
I cannot delete emails until I click on each of them to
mark them to be downloaded, and then connect to
Send/Receive again (otherwise they just tell me that it
is not downloaded fully, and if I'd like to mark them to
be downloaded). Clicking on each mail gets quite time
consuming when there are many mails. How do I get
it to download automatically? Thank you!
