Hi Everybod
I work as an IT support person at a local newspaper. Recently, a few of our directors have been receiving e-mails from a well-known source. Now, in the e-mail are a number of images. The problem I am getting is that when the users go to open the e-mail, whether it be through double clicking or through the preview pane, a Windows login box appears asking them to log into the proxy server.
When I asked them to send the e-mail to me it worked fine - the difference here being that I am going through a different proxy server! So that makes me think it is something on the proxy server they are using. I have had a look but there is nothing blindingly obvious I can see and I am at pains to 'experiment' on the server as the whole company goes through this server
Does anyone have any idea how I can get the e-mails viewed without the login screen appearing
We are running windows 2000 with office 2k premium
Thank you for any replies
