downloading PowerPoint2003

Am trying to download new copy of PP 2003 onto computer
with Office 2000. Message comes up requiring that I
download ServicePack3...which I've done. Message still
comes up asking to download SP3....?

You can't download PowerPoint 2003 other than from illegal sources.
I'm guessing you meant to say that you're trying to install it, ie, from a
CD?

I'm also guessing that you have Windows 2000 - you have to have Windows 2000
up to Service Pack 3 before you can install Office 2003.

You say that you've downloaded SP3. How and from where? Have you actually
installed it? You'd have to do that, not just download.
