Drafts folder gone

Hi everyone,

I have recently upgraded one of the PCs on my network from
Win98 running Outlook 2000 through Exchange server 5.5, to
WinXP running Outlook XP through Exchange 5.5.

Everything seemed to copy over fine except the user's
drafts folder has disappeared.

Does anybody know where this may be residing on the server
or if there is any way of regaining some sort of access to
the email drafts stored in there?

Any information at all will be greatly appreciated

Thank-you in advance

I have tried to run the command line switch but I receive
the following error message:

Windows cannot find C:\program make sure you typed the
name correctly and try again.

i have typed in the correct path to my Outlook
installation and and followed it with a /ResetFolders
switch but cannot get anything to run

Any ideas what i am doing wrong?
Thanks

I managed to get the ResetFolders switch to run but that looks as though
it is for restoring your drafts folder (or any other folder) when it
disappears from the folder tree.

The drafts folder is still there but all the draft documents that were
inside the folder have disappeared.

There must be somwhere on the server where these docs are stored

If anyone can help you owuld be a life saver

Thanks

Ahh...well, you had said the folder was gone, not the items inside :)
Unfortunately I'm not an Exchange expert so I don't know much about
repairing Exchange mailboxes. If you don't get any further responses in
this thread after another day or two, you may want to repost the problem and
make sure you indicate that the drafts folder itself is not gone, only the
items that used to be in it. Good luck.
