Drawing graphs and binary trees

All versions of Word have a charting application, Microsoft Graph. Binary
trees are better approached in a different way; I've used tables for this,
applying borders selectively, or you could try an organization chart-type
diagram.

OK, also I prefer to use tables for drawing/charting graphs and binary trees.
But how can we draw their (probably, labeled) nodes?
or you could try an organization chart-type
diagram.

Where to start to try an organization chart-type diagram?

Thanks.

In Word 2002 and 2003, use the Insert Diagram or Organization Chart button
on the Drawing toolbar. Earlier versions have an OrgChart applet, I believe.
