Duplicate Emails

R

Russ Palmeri

I'm running Windows XP Home, and Office XP with Outlook
2002.
I have several computers that access my email account, so
I save the messages on the server. Outlook loads the same
messages every time I check my email, so I get multiple
copies.
Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks,

Russ Palmeri

Go into your Email settings and uncheck "Leave copy of
message on server" under the Delivery section.

1. Click Tools, Email Accounts
2. Select View or change existing email accounts. Click
Next.
3. Select your email account and Click Change.
4. Click the More Settings button.
5. Click the Advanced Tab.
6. Under Delivery uncheck the box that says, "Leave a
copy of message on the server".
