Duplicate information in different text boxes

I'm sure that this has been dealt with before, but, I couldn't find the
information.

I have a heading (text box) which is duplicated in 3 spots in our news
letter. Every month, I have to update each one separately, not hard but
surely there is a way to update one and the other 2 would be updated at
the same time.
Is this possible?
