Duplicate Messages in Inbox

J

Jessica

Many of the users here are having the problem that when
they send a message, it sends, but it also comes up in
their Inbox as a draft saying that the messages has not
been sent. We have an Exchange 2000 server and everyone
uses Outlook 2000. Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Jessica

Where do they store their drafts? You can check this in Tools-> Options->
tab Preferences-> buttom E-mail Options...-> button Advanced E-mail
Options...

Tried this and it is set up fine. The strange thing is
that it is sparatic. It doesn't happen every time they
send a message. Only every so often.

There are no rules set on the mailbox. Nothing but the
basics. The strange this is that some of the duplicates
happen to inter-office and some when sending out of
office.
