duplicate text when typing

I have a user that is typing and when she hits the space
bar she gets copied text from what she just typed. I
just installed XP on this machine and installed Office
2000. It was doing this before so I updated her and it
was gone for about a week but it is back. It must be a
setting of some sort but which?

It may be some weird kind of AutoCorrect entry, otherwise it sounds like a
virus to me. It isn't any Word setting that I have heard about.
