during publisher saving the artwork on its own

how do i save the newsletter ive just designed just on its own without the
rest of the program eg ( to my pictures file ).

You are not saving the program to your
My Pictures file. It's just that when you
click on the .pub file....it opens in Publisher.

Why? Because it's the only program that
can open the file.

Group or select whatever you want as a picture on the page in your newsletter, click
"save as picture." (Publisher 2003-03).

What version Publisher?
Earlier versions, file, save as a web page, Publisher will automatically create the
images as .jpg's.
