Dynamic Updates to Shared Calendar

Hi,

Is it possible to establish a shared claendar ( for a department) that gets
updated from multiple users "private" calendars? So when they add an item it
gets entered also on the dept's shared calendar?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
