e-mail address listing

i have a question - is there a way to print the e-mail
addresses and names in my contact list in a similar manner
the phone list is printed? in other words, i want to
print a listing with "<name>..........<e-mail address>"
alphabetized and in columns... is there a way to do such a
thing? thanks!

At least 2 ways:
1.Create a Table View that includes both fields
2. Use a mail merge to a directory that include both fields.
