E-mail as attachment reverts to pre-save document

I discovered a problem when using the E-Mail as attachment feature when in
publisher 2003. If I open a publisher file I created, make a change, save it
again and then Email as attachment, it will try to email the pre-saved
version of the document without the revisions. The only way I've found to get
it to work is to either close publisher and re-open the revised document,
then email as attachment. I have reproduced on two different computers, fully
patched office 2003 professional. On a side note, if I have saved the
publisher file as a publisher 2000 version, I do not have this problem.

Have you downloaded and installed the latest service pack for Publisher
2003?
Was this publication originally created in Publisher 2003, or in a previous
version, such as Publisher 2000 and older?

I have applied SP1 for Office 2003 and every other office update that was
detected as needed. The documents I have the problem were all created in
Publisher 2003 are nothing fancy. I can create a new publisher doc, type some
text, save, alter the text, save, email as attachment and it tries sending
the original document.

Keep with me here. I need to check some things. I am able to reproduce this
on my first try. I will post back.

Space, I have submitted this to the Publisher dev, and I will reply when I
find out more. I have reproduced this multiple times now, and tried
different scenarios. I also tried the same in Word, but Word does it
correctly.
