E-Mail attachments

Does the program allow you save an e-mail message along
with the attachment as one file? Currently we can save
the e-mail and then the attachment but it is now two
files instead on one.

This is probably easier than you thought of. Just open an Explorer window in
the location where yo want to store the message. Now simply drag and drop
the mail in the Explorer window and it will be send in msg-format including
everything that was in the mail.
