E-Mail Delay

Some of our end users do not see new mail in the Inbox
until they switch to another folder. When they switch
back to Inbox all of the messages appear. Does anyone
have any thoughts?

You do not specify the version of Outlook/Exchange you are using so here is

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
