I am new at working with windows xp pro. I have a new
laptop and my wife and I log in separately. We need to be
able to use our same email address on both of our Outlook
programs -
This e-mail address is now active in my Outlook but I want
it in my wife's also.

Can anyone help?

You don't mention what version of Outlook you are using so I will try to
give you information for the most recent versions. Basically you need to
setup your wife's e-mail account exactly the same as yours is setup. First
look at your settings and copy them down and put them in her account. Here
is a link to an article on how to setup and e-mail account in Outlook 2003,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;287532. If you have
Outlook 2002 then here is a link to an article,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;287072. If you have
Outlook 2000 then here is a link to an article,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;259311.

I hope this information is helpful.
