E-mail Mail Merg

I am trying to send an e-mail mail merg in word. When completing the merg and
trying to use the from and to fields I get a message incorrect number. Would
anyone know how to use this option? My main goal is to send the message from
another co-worker (as you can do in outlook). Thank you!

If you want to send the message from a co-workers e-mail account then the
simplest way is to set the co-workers account as the default e-mail account
on your PC.
