E-mail submission via Administrator approved Form Template

Hi,
Wish u Very Happy new year 2008!

I have problem in E-mail submission of administator approved form
template in webpage.Though we can submit document library form via
Digital signature.

But,I need to use Administrator approved form template for e-mail
submission with security level full trust and VSTA for code behind.

So, how to use Digital signature in Form server Approval form template
as it specifies error
