I cannot get Outlook to send out e-mails exactly the way I want them to
appear to others. I have two accounts (MSOffice Outlook 2003); one personally
with my name (all Upper Case with no middle initial, as I supplied in "Your
Name," under Tools, e-mail accounts. The other is a business name which also
displays my name, with the first letters of my first and last names capped,
but not using my business name at all. I have clicked on detect and repair on
the Help menu, but test messages still don't arrive addressed properly. I
