All my e-mails received on 12/29, 30 and 31, 2003 were
logged in my Outlook Express as if they were received in
December 2004. Anything I can do to fix this?

Import them from outlook by going to file, import and exprt, import mail and addresses and choose outlook express

Unfortunately, no. The problem was probably on your ISP's mail server,
which is what stamps the received time on the message.
