e-mailing a one-page newsletter

I created a one-page newsletter in Publisher and sent via e-mail from the
"file" menu. I want it to pop up in the e-mail rather than be attached. It
looks great when the e-mail is opened - the graphics are there and everything
is exactly as we want. But when I print, it does not print the entire
newsletter because of the header in the e-mail - and it doesn't carry over to
the next page, just drops off the end of the letter. I have checked with
techs here but we haven't been able to find an answer. Also, when opened
from a Blackberry, it misplaces items. Any answers? Jane

It's because of the way that Publisher converts its files to emails. There
really isn't a fix. I would strongly recommend converting it to a .pdf and
attaching that.

having to click open a file. My question is: will a person who does
not have Publisher on their computer be able to receive the message?

It's best to begin a new thread when you
have a question.

The option you refer to converts the project
to a .jpg...Publisher is not required to view it.
However...depending on their e-mail settings...
some recipients may receive it as an attachment.
