Easier way to print a booklet in Publisher?

Hi, thanks to your support I finally finished my elementary school
newspaper. In fact I already printed and looks very good (oh, humble me
:) ).

Just got a question to know if I can improve the way this booklet is
printed: It has 16 pages so in a Legal size paper there are 4 pages, so it
took 4 legal papers.

When I printed, I had to print the first page (16-1) and then put again the
same piece of paper so it could print on the back pages (15-2), then I put
another sheet of paper and again first one side then put it again to print
the back side and so on for the 4 sheets.

I am wondering is there is a way I could put the 4 sheets of paper and first
print all the front pages, and only then, put again the same 4 sheets so I
could print the backpages.

can it be done?

thank you.

I have always printed on quality paper, and taken it to Office Depot. They
have copiers that automatically prepare the copies for stapeling, folding
and trimming.

In the view menu uncheck two page spread. You can print as many copies as necessary.
Print page one, click no
Print page three, click no
Print page five, click no
print page seven click no

restack the paper, seven on the top, one on the bottom, turn the stack over and print
the even numbers as above.
