EASY QUESTIONS EMAIL & MACROS

Help!!! I am trying to put together a database but I am now banging my head
against the wall! The database is for a charity where we want to record
contact details, emergency contact details and also course attended
information.

Questions
1) I have my email macro set up (or so I thought) but it will not work, what
I am hoping to do is to be able to clic on the email macro and then it will
open up Microsoft Outlook and I will be able to send an email. Haven't even
got to the point of wanting to send reports yet!!

2) I have the Contact Details form set up and the medical/emergency info
form set up and I have set up macros to switch between the two forms by the
clic of a button - great, however how do I link the Contact Details to relate
to the medical emergency info. When I clic between the two the med/emergency
info is just sat on record 1 and doesnt relate the persons contact details.

HELP PLEASE

There's more than one way to skin a cat (and filter a form). Basically you
want to filter the form based on the first form. So in your criteria you
would do something like:

personfieldonForm2=forms!firstform.personfield

You can either base form2 on a query with this filter or set the filter in
the datasource of the form.
