We are using Outlook 2003 SP2 and Exchange Server 2003. We have one user who
has reported that tasks he has created previously now appear blank when he
opens them or has invalid rtf instead of the text he originally had. He is
working in Cached Exchange mode. He has noticed this happen while he was
working offline, working online and also while editing a task from his
blackberry.
My only thought was to recreate his local ost thinking that it may be
corrupted.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Does anyone have any suggestions as to
what could be causing it and how to fix it?
