Editing Hyperlink

Is there a way to edit a hyperlink in Visio 2002 to show a picture instead of text. What I would like to do is have the object I select act like a web page. By that I mean when you hold your cursor over an object, after a second delay, it shows a picture, not text. If there is anyway to do this. please instruct me what to do or where to look.
