Electronic Mail Headers

Does anyone know how to change options so I can see a
full Electronic Mail Header when I receive email. I have
Outlook 2000.

You can't add it to views but you can set it on an item-by-item basis. Right
click on an item and choose "Options" or open the item and go to the View
menu > Options command
