I've seen newsletters that have the option to right click and download the
graphics or they already have them "embedded" in the html code. I would like
our graphics to be inserted without the need to download. Is there any easy
way to do this without using attachments?

It's your mail client that requires the graphics to be downloaded
explicitly. You cannot control this except from the client.
