Email a Worksheet and Get it back?

Is there any way to email a single worksheet to a recepient so that
they can make changes to the data in the worksheet? If so, and they
send it back to me, can I then replace the original worksheet with the
revised worksheet?

I'm looking to avoid having to send the entire workbook as an
attachment. Thanks for any help.
