I tried to open email accounts, but I receive an error message that says the
following:
the operation failed due to a registry or installation problem. restart
outlook and try again. if the problem persists, please reinstall.
I re-installed outlook xp and it still gives me the same problem. I have
been using express meanwhile. help!!!
