I have one user who, when attempting to open email
attachments, gets a message say that the file C:\Documents
and settings\profilename\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLK24.......does not have a program associated with
it for this action.
Yet, when you go to that folder, you can open the
attachment. If you save the attachment, even right to
that folder, it does open, it has an associated program.
Where do I begin to troubleshoot this? Thank you very
much.
