Email disappears in Outllok 2002

I have a form on my website which submits to an email
account, which is forwarded to my main email account. When
I test the form the email shows up for a split second and
then disappears. If I switch to Outlook Express 6.0 the
email shows up OK. Does anyone have any idea how to fix
this problem.

Hi Philip,

If you can see the email hit your Inbox and then disappear, it sounds like you have a rule that is firing and processing that email in some way. Check to see if you have any
rules turned on, and if so, turn off all rules and test.

If you find that rules are not the problem, you might also check to see if you are filtering the view of your Inbox in some way. For instance, if you are viewing only unread
messages, once the message is displayed in the preview pane, it will set the switch to 'read" and it will then disappear from view.
