Email Form Help

I made an email form for my web site and my server has
Front Page extensions installed for me, but it don't work?
Don't know anything about Front Page.... I used Microsoft
Publisher to make the web form and inserted my email
address in each text box "send data to me by email" data
properties. My page can be found at:
www.lonsphotography.com/wraporder/index.html
I think that the page is OK? But don't know what else I
may need to make it work.

Publisher is NOT a tool to be used to create websties
just as a spreadsheet is not a tool for doing word
processing.

Start over again from scratch using Front Page or some
other tool designed to create websites.

P.S.
I have been using Publisher for years making my web sites.

The only problem that I have with Publisher is that I
have to use Note Pad to insere my Java script into
the "head"
