Email From Home

My problem is the following. I work at a securities company and i MUST check my emails and at weekends! The problem is that they use MS Exchange server for sharing anything and email as well. My email is based on the server and I don't know how to check my email from home. Can I, first of all? And if yes how? Please provide any possible detail so as to make it happen. Thank you in advance for every answer...

account will be deleted without reading.
