email goes to wrong person

My email is not set up to send immediately; it sends and
receives every 10 minutes. I may have two emails in the
outbox at the same time, addressed to two different
people. In that case, email #1 frequently goes to email
#2 person. What is going on here? I don't think it's my
ISP; I talked to a friend who has the same problem with
Outlook and she uses a different ISP. I'm using Outlook
2002 XP Pro.
