email large attachments

Since Jan 19th, when I attach a jpg file large than 100k
it is received only in part and the rest is pixilated or
some solid color. I have ALWAYS been able to do this!
Has OE changed some protocol for outlook express 6?
Checked for viruses w/ 3 different programs. I can email
using a different email client???
