When I send out a new email and click on the "To" field, outlook opens up my contact list; however it shows me every single way to contact someone (i.e. phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, etc..). I would prefer when performing this operation that outlook only shows me the email addresses instead of EVERY way to contact. Any time saving solutions out there?
