Email problem

Tom

I have windows xp and Office XP pro 2002. I cannot access the accounts which are set up in Outlook. I do not even have a Send/Receive on my Tools dropdown. When I do click on Send/Receive in toolbar nothing happens. I am able to send test on all three email accounts. (I can get email in Outlook Express.). I receently downloaded SP3 and suspect that this did something to my Outlook. I have restored my system to earlier dates with no success. I have repaired and reinstalled with no success. Can anyone help?

I would first suggest you create a new Outlook profile. This will require
you to recreate the default mail account that Outlook will use for
Sending/Receiving, so you will need to know your mail server names and
account credentials first. Instruction can be found in the following
article:

Hope that helps!!

Thank you!
