email question

I've selected under TOOLS and OPTIONS that I want to get a
receipt that tells me that whoever I've emailed has opened
that mail and when I've practiced, using my own personal
email address, I'm not getting the receipt. I'm looking
for it in the INBOX is this where I am supposed to find it?

if you are on a corporate network with an exchange server,
then your administrator has more than likely disabled that
funcionality on the server.
