Email recipient opening up presentation in slide view

Bridget

We have a presentation ready to be sent by e-mail. We would like our
recipients to be able to open it up in slide view instead of opening up the
program and change the view themselves. We would also like it to be
uneditable to the recipient - is that possible

Yes an No. If the recipient only has the viewer on their system, the cannot edit
what you send. To view what you send, they must have either the full version of
PowerPoint on their system or the free downloadable viewer.

To make the presentation open in slide view - save the presentation in
"slide view"
To make the presentation open in "slideshow" view - save the presentation as
a "show" or rename the file from .ppt to .pps
