Hi, How would you set up an automatic canned reply to all
emails in Microsoft Outlook mail?

John,

You can use rules to accomplish this. Choose blank rule - select mail
received. For all email I would use email sent TO or CC to you then click
Next.

Now choose - Have user reply using specific message or you can use - reply
with specific template. Will need to create the template.
