Has anyone figured out how to email reports vs printing them or publishing them? Not all employees have MS Project and can not view from server.

Hi Jan,

You posted a response to my question, I'm hoping you can elaborate for me.

My question was regarding the ability to email customized reports and you stated;

Edit, Copy picture creates a gif file of what otherwise is printed.

From what point would I edit and then copy picture?

I opened the report and clicked edit, but there isn't an option to copy (other than copy report format). I also tried to do it while in print preview, but the edit tool bar is not available.

Any help is much appreciated!

We have the same issue -- we're going to try just using the Print Screen
function. Bring the report up to the screen, press the Print Screen key (to
copy the image into the clipboard) and paste this into your favorite image
tool such as Word. This can then be emailed. You have to do it page at a
time of course. We also use a print screen utility (from American Systems)
that copies the image directly into an image tool. I was hoping MS had
addressed this with 2003!
