email sender address does not show my name, but my mother's

My telephone number is in my mother's name, so when I send email on outlook,
it says it is from my mother but with my email address:
from: Leona Farmer ([email protected]).
How can I change her name to my name as the sender? Thank you.

Who pays for the phone line doesn't have anything to do with the issue.
Outlook uses as the sender address whatever it's told to use in the account
properties. Open your account and type in the address you want Outlook to
use.
