Email stuck in Outbox, but already sent

I use Outlook 2000 and have emails stuck in my Outbox even
though they are received by the recipient.

Place Outlook Off-line by File-> Work Offline and restart Outlook. You
should be able to delete the message now. Don't forget to put Outlook back
on-line!

XP. MacAfee has not been able to solve. Any
