email template for 2002 XP

I send an email to the same person with the same fields.
The information in the fields will change but nothing
else. Is there a way to create a template that will have
same addressee and same fields? I have tried create my
mail and save as .opt but I don't have that option in my
drop down box. Help please...my fingers are growing weary
of typing the same thing all day. Thanks!

You can create a form under Tools > Forms > Design a form
Once you have created it, choose it to compose your message
