Email to individual

I would like to send an email to group of people , but i
want to see one individual name in the 'To' field.

I have created a distribution gruop with all people., when
i used distribution group in the to field , but it showing
the all the individuals name in the 'To' field.

is it possible?.

You would need to do a mail merge for that. If you have Word installed and
it's the same version as Outlook (both 2003, for example), you can do the
merge between the two. Or you can use one of the many 3rd party mass
mailing programs available. Look at the following pages for further
