email user aggreement pop up in student office 2007

can I remove the user arreement by a upgrade ? I have Office Home and
Student 2007 I was hoping to upgrade outlook is that possible???

Hi, DJS,

You need to log into the machine as the administrator, accept the EULA, and
it should then go away.

As far as upgrading goes, you have the latest version of Office, so there
are no upgrades available.
