email virus alerts

I am getting tons of Email virus alerts with the address
coming from MS Corporation Public Assistance, MS
Corporate Security Internet Department. What does this
mean. Is there anyway I can set this up so that it
automatically deletes it from my inbox?

from Microsoft.

Spam detector software can usually detect and handle this stuff.
