Emailing a Single Worksheet

I have a file containing over 500 worksheets. I want to be able to sen
(via email) a single worksheet without having to send the entire file.
Is this possible? Thanks for any suggestions

Actually, let me be more specific. After emailing the worksheet I wan
my employee to change the data (not the structure) and then send th
worksheet back to me. I then want to be able to incorporate th
revised worksheet into my workbook, effectively taking the place of th
worksheet I originally sent out.

Is that possible? I'm looking for a way to update worksheets withou
having to manually input each new number in my master workbook
