Hi,
We use Exchange Server 2003; Outlook 2000 on desktops.
I've had a couple of users complain that occasionally
when they move email to a different folder within the
same mailbox, the email disappears. It isn't in deleted
items, recovered deleted or any other folder in the
mailbox. The users don't use .pst's and there are no
filters or rules in place on their desktops. They are not
hard deleting in error either. It's a straight
forward "Click; Drag; Disappear".
Any ideas what could be going on here? Your suggestions
are much appreciated.
Thanks,
Sharon
